Access to Coast
Part of the joy of sand is its bloody awkward to travel across! Contradiction between naturalistic coast and hard surfacing
Easier access for mobility impaired at certain fixed points
The need for co-ordination of 'offer' and investment was highlighted
There is a need for a coast-wide Access & Interpretation Strategy with costed proposals
