Research Network The need for a research network has been identified in the Research Task Group meetings as a critical tool in progressing research on the Sefton Coast. The two main reasons for the network are to better develop links between practitioners and researchers and to develop links within the research community. This will help research by: providing a clearer remit for the need of research Give access to resources both in terms of data, personnel and potentially funding Keep all parties up to date with the latest projects and research It will help co-ordination of research effort and reduce duplication Provide opportunities for collaboration A newsletter will be produced periodically to keep members of the research network up to date with developments.
