Policies - Flood Warning The Environment Agency are responsible for the provision of flood warnings, in order to do this they have first had to identify areas potentially at risk from flooding. You can find out if you are located within one of the flood risk areas and how flood warnings are issued from their web site. Their site also gives details of how you can improve the flood resistance of your property.
